How to order
No You can use a Guest Checkout but then you won’t be able to see your order details or track your delivery.
Simple click on the Forgotten Password link on the login page and we will send you an email to reset the password.
View the products and select the one you require add this to your basket ensuring you have the correct quantity. Once you have finished adding items to your cart you may click the checkout button here you will be asked for the relievent details to process your order.
Yes no problem at all if you know the item/s you require or have seen it on the site and have the stock SKU number you can call us and we can process the order over the phone. 01993 703265
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been processed. once they are out for delivery you will have to send your item back before we can refund the item. Orders can be amended but this is a small window straight after purchase as above once the item has been processed we cant change the order.
Pricing & payment
Pound Sterling unless your bank allows you to purchase in a currency and it is converted to the Sterling price.
You card is charged as soon as we process your item for delivery.
